September’s Mouth Friendly Recipe 2017

Watergate Salad


  • 1-ounce package sugar-free, fat-free pistachio instant pudding
  • 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups thawed sugar-free whipped cream
  • Chopped walnuts


  • Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
  • Stir in the whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
