Candy Corn Fruit Parfait Ingredients:

  • Sugar-free whipped topping
  • 2 cups pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups mandarin oranges (fresh or canned)

Directions: Place ? cup mandarin oranges in the bottom of parfait glasses or 8-ounce jars. Layer ? cup pineapple on top, and finish with a dollop of sugar-free whipped topping. Enjoy this not-so-spooky Halloween treat! Serves six. Print this recipe Back to articles
