Strawberry-Banana Parfaits for Mothers Day Ingredients:
- 12 oz strawberry yogurt
- 2 cups granola or crunchy cereal
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
- 4 fresh strawberries, whole
Directions: In a 10 oz cup or parfait glass, layer 2 tablespoons yogurt, ¼ cup granola, ¼ cup strawberry slices and ¼ cup banana slices. Top with another 2 tablespoons of yogurt and ¼ cup granola, then garnish with one whole strawberry. Makes four servings.
