Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 – 1½ cups* of milk of your choice (skim, 2%, almond, soy, etc.)
- 1 cup kale leaves
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp. ginger
- Stevia or other artificial sweetener to taste
Directions:
Put everything into a blender and blend until well combined. For a creamier smoothie, try cutting the banana into pieces and freezing prior to blending. Experiment by adding other fruits and berries!
*Use less milk if you prefer a thicker smoothie.
