Chicken Waldorf Salad Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup mayo
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 medium red apple, diced
- 1 cup halved red or green grapes
- 1 cup sliced celery
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions: Whisk mayo, yogurt, lemon juice and salt together in a bowl. Add chicken, apple, grapes, celery and ¼ cup walnuts. Top with remaining ¼ cup walnuts and serve on sandwich bread, in pita pockets or wrapped in tortillas. Print this recipe Back to articles
