July’s Mouth-Friendly Recipe 2011

Red, White and Blue Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing


  • Fresh Red Onions, thinly sliced â THE RED
  • Swiss Cheese, cut into small cubes â THE WHITE
  • Fresh or Dried Blueberries â THE BLUE
  • Romaine Lettuce, torn into small pieces
  • Cashews, halved or whole
