January’s Mouth-Friendly Recipe 2014

Healthy Veggie Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning

Directions: Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and process for about one minute or until well blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined. Chill for three to four hours, and then serve with your favorite veggies! Print this recipe Back to articles
