January’s Mouth-Friendly Recipe 2013

Creamy Grape Dessert Ingredients:

  • 1 lb green seedless grapes, washed and dried well
  • 1 lb red seedless grapes, washed and dried well
  • 8 oz Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or other sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 2 T packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions: Slice grapes in half and then set aside. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla in a bowl. Stir grapes into mixture and spread evenly into a large serving dish. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and chopped walnuts or pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over grapes. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Print this recipe Back to articles
