Creamy Grape Dessert Ingredients:
- 1 lb green seedless grapes, washed and dried well
- 1 lb red seedless grapes, washed and dried well
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Splenda or other sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
- 2 T packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions: Slice grapes in half and then set aside. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla in a bowl. Stir grapes into mixture and spread evenly into a large serving dish.
