Healthy Apple Cider
Ingredients:
- 100% apple juice (no added sugar)
- 4–10 whole cloves
- 2–6 cardamom pods
- 1 whole cinnamon stick
Directions:
Pour the apple juice in a large pot on the stove and stir in spices to taste – you may use more or less based on your own flavor preferences. Heat until warm. You can also combine the ingredients in a slow cooker and heat for 3-4 hours on low.
