December’s Mouth-Friendly Recipe 2011

With all the sweet treats available during the holidays, it can be hard to make sure your body and teeth are getting proper nutrition. Here is a great recipe that is packed full of calcium and other nutrients that will help your teeth and body stay strong and healthy. Yogurt Veggie Dip Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups plain yogurt
  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Vegetables for dipping
