April’s Mouth-Friendly Recipe 2012

Vegetables are a great way to get the nutrients your body needs to build healthy teeth and bones. Try this healthy, low-fat take on a delicious dip recipe that is sure to enhance the appeal of veggies for your whole family. Fat-Free Fake Out Ranch Dip Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cups raw vegetables
  • 1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
  • Dry ranch dressing mix


  1. Add 1 tsp of dry ranch dressing mix at a time to yogurt until desired taste is achieved.
  2. Thoroughly wash vegetables and cut into snack-sizes pieces, or select pre-washed and packaged veggies.
